Deciding to go
PMC 2018 is designed for all members of a property management team.
From the leaders of the largest businesses to the newest member of our industry, there is something for everyone. We have designed break out rooms and special content for different audience members.
Not only do we have a fantastic agenda, we will also be hosting the annual PMC Gala Party. The theme is Jumanji - welcome to the jungle. If it's your first time at PMC, don't hold back!
Yes! The PMC 2018 conference program has been designed with teams in mind.
The most value from a conference comes from what happens after the last session ends and after you get back to your business. Value only comes if you make the changes that you committed to and see them through. We know from experience that the best way to make that happen is to have colleagues at the conference with you, so that you can go through the same experience and commit to joint goals. That extra dynamic makes all the difference when it comes to making change in your business and careers.
There is a mix of content relevent to owners and leaders, BDM's and PM's. The awards gala is a great opportunity to thank your team with a fabulous party, while showcasing top performers from our industry. Thursday afternoon's workshop sessions are particularly targeted to owners/leaders and BDM/PMs.
Gala Party
The dress code for Gala Party is “Jumanji - Welcome to the jungle”.

Competitions
The tribunal competition is being run on the morning of Day 2 in the Property Manager breakout room.
The tribunal competition is a team based competition, where competing teams are presented with a mock case, complete with sets of facts, trust accounting reports and witness statements. A team is allocated the role of property manager or teannt, and argues their case in front of our very own tribunal panel.
Finalists work through a semi-final and final round and the winners take home the glory!
Once you register you will receive a link that you can use to apply to be part of the competition. You will be asked to make a submission and we will use those submissions to select finalists.
Finalists will be notified two weeks before the conference.
The BDM competition is being run on the morning of Day 2 in the Business Development breakout room.
Finalists in the BDM competition are all given a property to research and then have to pitch their business to one of our judges, who plays the role of property investor.
BDMs must use their marketing materials and bring all their skills to bear to win the business for the highest fee possible.
The BDM with the best deal wins the competition and eternal glory.

The Conference will be held at the RACV Royal Pines Gold Coast, Queensland.

Tickets
Your ticket covers the two main conference days - Sunday 11th November and Monday 12th November, and the Gala Party on Sunday night.
